Our delivery charge is £5.95  for as many Home accessory items as you like, it covers the UK mainland only. We can deliver to Ireland and The Highlands of Scotland, however the standard charge will be £9.95 depending on parcel size.,so please contact us for a price .
For international orders, please contact us with details of the items you would like to order and we will issue a quote for the price of the postage.
Orders can also be collected from our store , so please select the click and collect on check out .
Larger items such as bespoke furniture  can be sent and postage charges will be quoted for depending on the weight and size of the parcel. Please enquire via email at
All items are sent via courier or via Royal Mail. Please be assured that all due care and attention is taken in thoroughly checking and packing your parcels before they are sent out to you. We aim to send out all orders within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Please allow up to 10 working days for your items to arrive from the date of purchase. Please note some orders may arrive in more than one parcel and via different couriers and may require a signature.
If you request for a delivery to be left in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or parcels going missing and this is requested at your own risk.

 Furniture and Mirrors

A £45- £64 standard delivery charge is applicable to orders of larger pieces of furniture and large mirrors (this is only applicable for UK mainland) If you are interested in more than one item in this category then please contact us for a postage quote.Again we recommend you email or call us to discuss how much this will be and you will invoiced prior to delivery for this. 

Bespoke Furniture & Items 

Please allow 6-8 weeks for any bespoke furniture item from he time of ordering, all items are door to door, and you will need to help unload at your end and check and sign  your item to say your happy .
We are unable to take furniture up any stairs, only door to door is available .
Bespoke signs are 7-14 working days from order.
Please note all our bespoke rustic items are handmade and up cycled materials so may vary to image, wood is a natural product and  this can split shrink or move over time, its the beauty of the item. 

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchases but if for any reason you are unhappy with your items or you find they are unsuitable, please contact us via email at or call us direct . Please DO NOT contact us via our social media accounts as your message may get lost and at times it is impossible for us to track your order.
We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on (home accessories items ) ( No refunds on bespoke made to order) as long as they are returned within 7 days, unused and in perfect condition and in the original packaging. You are required to return the item and pay for the return postage we are not responsible for paying for postage i am afraid . We will not refund any postage charges incurred . We cannot be held responsible for items that either do not reach us, or that are damaged on the way back to us. For this reason we recommend you use a reputable courier and ensure the items are sufficiently wrapped to avoid damage or loss.
Please include your order details inside the returned parcel (name and address)
Damages in transit that have been incurred on the way to you will be either replaced or refunded providing the original delivery label and packaging have been kept. All damages must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. You will be asked to email photographs of the damaged item to us along with photographs of the packaging.
If a refund is issued,  please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to clear.
